Stayed here for 1 night in a family room. Very modern, clean room, with mood lighting. Staff were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast offer with children was well worth it. Would definitely go back

From the second we arrived we had a lovely experience here. The staff were very friendly and made us feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was amazing, exceeded our expectations. Very clean and modern, bed and pillows very comfortable. Shower was powerful. Went down to the restaurant for an evening meal, lovely choice of food which tasted great. Drinks were spot on. Breakfast in the morning was really good. Overall was a great experience and would 100% return. Thanks guys.

Staff are amazing and friendly here. I return one again, I absolutely love this premier inn! Wifi still a bit IFI but that doesn't put me off return for a 5th stay! The staff make this one of the best premier inns around. Food is good and the rooms are spacious and recently renovated too.

As a family we would say this was one of the best premier inns we have been to. For many reasons mostly the room we couldn't fault the room at all. Spacious, luxury (never paid extra), the rooms are super cream (extra clean) smells refreshing, the beds were spotless, the carpets spotless super clean and you felt clean. I would highly recommend this hotel, yes the area is not nothing special however your getting good facilities and a great night's sleep. As you come off A14 because the premier inn sigh is very small and if you blink you'll miss it. Loved the extra light in the bathroom you could have warm white, bright white or night light being a lovely purple colour. Staff seem lovely we only had communication with one lady, and she was friendly and kind, offered help if needed. If we visit the area again and needed a place to stay, we wouldn't think twice about returning back! 💜

Big thank you to the staff at Premier inn Ipswich North who made me feel very welcomed when I broke down nearby and had to wait for a recovery vehicle. They were lovely and even gave me a free cup of tea. As a lone female at night it was very much appreciated. Thank you. 😊

The hotel seems quite old, though I was pleased to see my room had a recent re-fit and everything was clean and modern. Unfortunately I can't rate the rooms that high as the building still has noise issues as with any older Premier Inn's. It is pure luck whether you get someone doing Captain Tom laps in the room above, or testing the volume in the next door room. A real shame. Location is otherwise good. Free parking. On site restaurant but I didn't use.

Nice clean room Great easy to find location off A14 Found staff Emily Sam and Abbey really nice and so helpful , very friendly and made my stay most enjoyable The meals was good and breakfasts too!!! Good price and if i need to come again i book a room Great service. Grest food and clean Highly recommend. It Well done customer care ,

Works do staff amazing lesly and Sarah worked wonders unfortunately menu had few issues nothing to do with hotel but they looked after a group of 14 amazing well keep up great work

Newly refurbished and rooms are really nice. We had a table booked for 1915 but didn't manage to get seated until 2035. It's a bit out of the way so limited to hotel restaurant

What makes a Premier Inn, is not just down to the rooms but the amazing staff too. The rooms are currently being refurbished and the quality of the new rooms is really good. Plenty of charging points for phones, tablets etc. As for the staff, they are always friendly, polite, helpful and will always resolve any issues quickly. Abbie, Angel, Sam J and Adam, can only be described as the A Team. Would really recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a handy location, very close to the A14 but not effected by any traffic noise. The rooms are just being refurbished, the are a lot nicer now and plenty of phone charging points. The staff are brilliant, Angel, Sam, Abbie, Sam J and Adam are fantastic. Premier Inn are lucky to have them, so helpful, friendly and always willing to help.

Very pleasant stay, the team made me feel really welcome. From the front desk. To waiting staff to chef. Very friendly and approachable staff. Sarah made me and the staff made long days relaxing on returning to the hotel. The only thing that would make the stay better is the same thing all Premier inns suffer from and that is poor WiFi. But apart from the WiFi everything is top marks.

I had an overnight stay recently to break through journey to the North, and the staff member on duty, Lesley, gave myself and other checking in guests a warm welcome, with check-in completed quickly and efficiently. My room was one of the newly refurbished doubles and it has received a great makeover, giving it a more open and spacious appearance. The room has multiple power points and USB charging sockets. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom now has a walk in shower, which I find much safer to use. The room was spotlessly clean. Premier Inns will continue to be a popular choice with me.

Couldn't be happier with our 4 night stay at this Premier, the rooms were very clean beds so comfortable, very quiet in the day and night.. the food was top notch. And the staff were very friendly and helpful.. Abby looked after us and made our dining experience very pleasant 5☆☆☆☆☆ would definitely recommend!

We love this rural, quiet, peaceful setting! And the manager, Bee was so kind and accommodating to us. We travel through England and have come to rely upon Premier Inn as our go to destination. This Premier Inn is the nicest room we have stayed in. We totally recommend this hotel! - John & Lisa

We, my partner and I have just stayed at the hotel and we were the first to use the room we were staying in. The room ticked the vast number of our requirements, those that fell slightly short were our own personal preferences. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and to a high standard. Room is now just a a shower, which is much much easier to use.

Would have preferred to know about building works before I booked it non refundable. Not to get an email 2 days later, work has been going on ages on refurbishment. Lack of Aircon room was 29 Deg all night, a fan which moved warm air only..couldn't open window wider than 10cm for air. The generator starting up at 7am for the builders

The hotel is getting refurbished so if you want to stay in a building site this will be the place for you… While my wife and son’s partner were at breakfast builders or maintenance entered the rooms and left tools in my son’s partners room. We were not at the hotel as we had left to join my other son for the morning of his wedding. Our room had also had someone come in to removed the soap dispensers off the walls. Our daughter then had them return and finished removing the dispensers while she was trying to get ready to go to the wedding. The rooms were very hot, it was hard to sleep and overall very disappointing. Maybe wait till the refurbishment is complete before going here.

Rooms far too hot. No aircon. No air flow in room. Corridors even hotter which doesn't help. Maybe an idea to try to cool the corridors by opening the firedoors under a controlled way. This would help the room too. Restaurant for breakfast is good overall but the chef needs to learn how to cook eggs. I asked for two poached eggs one morning, one was OK with a nice runny yoke the other was solid. The next morning I was having fried eggs one was OK the was half solid half runny. There were only a few having breakfast at the time so not busy at all.
